If you are not happy with the product that you have got from us, You can exchange it ( Please inspect your order before paying). We offer a full money-back guarantee in case of manufacturing defect for all purchases made on either our website or store. Buyer pays exchange shipping fee and refund fees in case of no manufacturing defects. Returns are not available after paying, returns are only available on door before paying.

The product must be in the same condition and undamaged in any way with the ticket attached as received and customers are only eligible for one Exchange process per order.

If the product is damaged in anyway, original Marble Tickets been removed or you have initiated the return after 3 days have passed since the date of purchase, you will not be eligible for an Exchange.

At the mean time Exchanges are not available for International orders (outside Egypt).

سياسة الاستبدال و الاسترجاع
في حاله عدم رضاء العميل عن المنتج ، يتم الاستبدال (برجاء معاينة المنتج الخاص بك قبل الاستلام) خلال 3 أيام اعتبارًا من تاريخه بإيصال الشراء،  يجب أن تحتفظ السلع بالتيكيت وأن تكون بحالة استلامها. مسموح بعملية استبدال واحدة فقط لأي طلب. العميل يتحمل مصاريف شحن الأستبدال والاسترجاع في حالة عدم وجود عيب صناعة .
هذه الخدمة متوفرة فقط داخل جمهورية مصر العربية. نقدم شهر ضمان علي كافة المنتجات. الاسترجاع غير متاح بعد الاستلام، الاسترجاع متاح فقط وقت استلام الاوردر امام المندوب برجاء معاينة الاوردر قبل الاستلام حيث انه متاح المعاينة في وجود مندوب الشحن (في حالة الرفض لا يتم دفع مصاريف شحن للمندوب لانها خدمة مجانية مقدمة من شركتنا)
