📦 معلومات الشحن
- 🚚 التوصيل إلى جميع المحافظات خلال 2 إلى 7 أيام عمل.
- 📞 يتم تأكيد الطلب عبر الهاتف أو واتساب قبل الشحن.
- 💳 متاح الدفع عند الاستلام أو الدفع أونلاين.
- 💰 في بعض الحالات، قد يُطلب من العميل مقدم بسيط يساوي تكلفة الشحن لتأكيد الطلب، خاصة في الطلبات الكبيرة أو المحافظات البعيدة.
- 👕 المعاينة متاحة للتأكد من الشكل والخامة فقط.
- 🚫 غير مسموح بتجربة المنتج أو تجزئة الطلب — يجب استلام الأوردر بالكامل أو رفضه بالكامل.
- 💵 في حالة رفض الاستلام دون دفع مقدم، يتم تحصيل 75 جنيه من العميل كمصاريف شحن.
- 🏙️ رسوم الشحن تختلف حسب المنطقة وتظهر عند الدفع.

- 🚚 Delivery across all Egypt within 2–7 business days.
- 📞 Orders confirmed via phone or WhatsApp before shipping.
- 💳 Cash on delivery or online payment available.
- 💰 In some cases, a small deposit equal to the shipping cost may be requested to confirm the order — especially for large orders or distant areas.
- 👕 Product inspection is available to check colour and fabric only.
- 🚫 Trying on or splitting the order isn’t allowed — the full order must be accepted or refused entirely.
- 💵 If the order is refused after shipping (no deposit), a 75 EGP shipping fee will be collected by the courier.
- 🏙️ Shipping fees vary by region and appear at checkout.
