Shipping Policy

  • مدة التوصيل: تتراوح بين 2 إلى 4 أيام عمل لجميع المحافظات.
  • تأكيد الطلبات: نسعد بتأكيد طلبكم هاتفياً أو عبر تطبيق واتساب قبل خروج الشحنة.
  • خيارات الدفع: نوفر خيارات الدفع عند الاستلام والدفع الإلكتروني المسبق. (ملاحظة: لضمان جدية الطلبات الكبيرة أو للمحافظات البعيدة، قد يُطلب دفعة مقدمة بسيطة تعادل قيمة الشحن).
  • سياسة المعاينة: يمكنك معاينة جودة الخامة والمظهر عند الاستلام. يُرجى العلم أن لوائح شركات الشحن تمنع قياس القطع أو تجزئة الطلب (استلام جزء ورفض الآخر).
  • إجراءات عدم الاستلام: في حال عدم رغبتكم في استلام المنتج بعد المعاينة، يتم تحصيل مبلغ رمزي (75 جنيهاً) كمساهمة بسيطة في تكلفة الشحن المرتجعة، بينما تتحمل Marble باقي التكلفة.
  • رسوم الشحن: تختلف التكلفة حسب المنطقة الجغرافية وتظهر بالتفصيل عند إتمام الطلب.
  • خدمة العملاء: فريقنا متواجد دائماً لخدمتكم والرد على استفساراتكم بخصوص الشحن أو حالة الطلب عبر واتساب أو إنستجرام.
  • Delivery Timeline: 2 to 4 business days across all governorates.
  • Order Verification: All orders are verified via phone or WhatsApp prior to dispatch.
  • Payment Methods: Cash on Delivery (COD) and secure online payment options are available. (Note: A minor deposit equivalent to the shipping fee may be required for high-value orders or remote locations).
  • Inspection Policy: Visual inspection of fabric quality and design is fully permitted upon delivery. Please note that according to the courier company's regulations, trying on garments or accepting partial orders is strictly prohibited.
  • Delivery Declining: If you choose not to accept the order after inspection, a nominal fee of 75 EGP is collected. This acts as a partial contribution towards the return shipping costs, with Marble covering the remainder.
  • Shipping Fees: Rates vary by region and are dynamically displayed during the checkout process.
