  • Delivery Timeline: 2 to 4 business days across all governorates.
  • Order Verification: All orders are verified via phone or WhatsApp prior to dispatch.
  • Payment Methods: Cash on Delivery (COD) and secure online payment options are available. (Note: A minor deposit equivalent to the shipping fee may be required for high-value orders or remote locations).
  • Inspection Policy: Visual inspection of fabric quality and design is fully permitted upon delivery. Please note that according to the courier company's regulations, trying on garments or accepting partial orders is strictly prohibited.
  • Delivery Declining: If you choose not to accept the order after inspection, a nominal fee of 75 EGP is collected. This acts as a partial contribution towards the return shipping costs, with Marble covering the remainder.
