🧾 Return & Exchange Policy – Marble
At Marble, we care about your satisfaction. That’s why we offer a clear and simple return and exchange policy, divided into two main stages:

🟠 First: Before Receiving the Order
✅ Product Inspection Upon Delivery:
You are allowed to inspect the product in front of the delivery agent, including:

Design

Color

Fabric/Material

🚫 Fitting Is Not Allowed:
Shipping companies do not allow trying on or fitting the product before payment – this is a general policy to protect all orders.

❌ If You Refuse to Accept the Order:
The courier does not accept any payment if the order is refused.

Marble is not responsible for any money given to the courier in case of rejection. All payments must be made directly through our official channels only.

💳 Order Down Payment:
In some cases (such as large orders or distant governorates), we may request a non-refundable EGP 50 deposit to confirm the order:

✅ It will be deducted from the total amount upon delivery.

❌ It is non-refundable if the order is not received.

🟢 Second: After Receiving the Order
🔄 Exchanges
Available within 14 days from the date of delivery.

One exchange is allowed per order.

Product must be:

In original condition (unused and unwashed)

With the original Marble tag attached

Free of any damage or strong odors (e.g., perfume, smoke)

You must send clear photos of the item(s) before starting the exchange process.

Shipping cost for exchanges varies depending on your location and order size.

💸 Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

A return handling fee of EGP 85 is deducted from the refund amount.

Original delivery shipping cost is non-refundable.

Once the item is returned to us and passes inspection:

Your refund will be issued via your preferred method (bank transfer, Vodafone Cash, etc.)

Processing time: 3 to 10 business days.

❗ If the returned item doesn’t meet the conditions:
(e.g. it was used, damaged, or has a strong odor)

We will return the item back to you.

Marble covers the cost of receiving the item.

You will only pay EGP 80 for reshipping it back to you.

This amount is paid upon re-delivery.

🛑 Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange:
Items that have been used or washed

Missing or damaged Marble original tags

Strong odors (perfume, smoke, etc.)

Visible stains or signs of use

Damaged or missing original packaging (if applicable)

Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible

Some promotional or clearance items may be non-refundable, which will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

🛡 Product Warranty
All products come with a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects only (e.g. faulty stitching, defective print).

If any issue is covered under warranty, we will fix or replace the item at no extra cost.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions – FAQ
🔁 Can I exchange the size?
Yes! You can request an exchange within 14 days as long as the item is unused and still has the original tag.

🔁 Can I request more than one exchange?
No. Only one exchange per order is allowed.

❌ Can I return a product after using or washing it?
Unfortunately, no. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

🧾 Is return/exchange free of charge?
If the product has a manufacturing defect: Yes, it’s free.

If not: You’ll be charged EGP 85 for returns, and exchange fees vary based on your location.

🚫 If I reject the order, does the courier take money?
No. The courier does not collect any payment in case of order rejection. All payments should go through our official channels.

💸 If I paid cash, will I get my refund in cash?
No. All refunds are processed via bank transfer, Vodafone Cash, or similar electronic methods only.

📷 Do I have to send photos?
Yes. For exchanges, we require clear images of the item to verify its condition before starting the process.

📦 Can I return or exchange discounted items?
Some promotional or customized items are not eligible for return or exchange. This will be stated clearly during checkout.

حرصًا على راحتك ورضاك، نقدم لك سياسة استرجاع واستبدال واضحة وسهلة، تنقسم إلى:

🟠 أولًا: قبل الاستلام
✅ المعاينة وقت التسليم:
يمكنك معاينة المنتج أمام مندوب الشحن من حيث:

الشكل

اللون

الخامة

🚫 سياسة القياس:
شركة الشحن لا تسمح بتجربة أو قياس المنتج قبل الدفع – حفاظًا على سلامة الطلب.

❌ في حالة رفض الاستلام:
المندوب لا يتسلم أي مبالغ مالية.

أي مبلغ يتم دفعه في حالة عدم الاستلام لا يكون من مسؤوليتنا، ويجب ألا يتم أي تعامل مالي إلا من خلالنا فقط.

💳 مقدم الطلب:
في بعض الحالات (زي الطلبات الكبيرة أو المحافظات البعيدة)، بنطلب مقدم 50 جنيه لتأكيد الطلب.

✅ يُخصم من إجمالي الفاتورة عند الاستلام.

❌ غير قابل للاسترداد في حالة عدم استلام الطلب.

🟢 ثانيًا: بعد الاستلام
🔄 الاستبدال
متاح خلال 14 يوم من تاريخ الاستلام.

يُسمح بعملية استبدال واحدة فقط لكل طلب.

شروط قبول القطعة:

بحالتها الأصلية (لم تُستخدم – لم تُغسل).

التيكيت الأصلي من ماربل موجود.

خالية من أي تلف أو روائح نفاذة.

قبل بدء إجراءات الاستبدال، يُرجى إرسال صور واضحة للقطع للتأكد من حالتها.

تكلفة الاستبدال تختلف حسب المحافظة وعدد القطع.

💸 الاسترجاع واسترداد المبلغ
متاح خلال 14 يوم من تاريخ الاستلام.

بيتم خصم 85 جنيه كمصاريف استرجاع من قيمة المنتج.

قيمة الشحن الأصلية (شحن الاستلام) غير قابلة للاسترداد.

بعد استلام المنتج لدينا بحالته السليمة:

يتم استرداد المبلغ بالطريقة التي تفضلها (تحويل بنكي – فودافون كاش – وسيلة أخرى مناسبة).

مدة استرجاع المبلغ: من 3 إلى 10 أيام عمل.

❗ في حالة استلامنا لقطعة مخالفة للشروط:
(مثلاً: مستخدمة، فيها تلف، أو عليها رائحة نفاذة)

نقوم بإعادتها للعميل.

ماربل تتحمل تكلفة استرجاعها.

العميل يتحمّل فقط 80 جنيه لإعادة إرسالها إليه.

يُدفع هذا المبلغ عند استلام القطعة مرة أخرى.

🛑 الحالات التي لا يُقبل فيها الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال:
تم استخدام القطعة أو غسيلها.

إزالة أو تلف التيكيت الأصلي من ماربل.

وجود روائح نفاذة مثل العطر أو التبغ.

وجود بقع أو علامات استخدام واضحة.

تلف أو نقص في التغليف الأصلي (في حالة وجوده).

المنتجات المصممة حسب الطلب (Customized) غير قابلة للاسترجاع أو الاستبدال.

بعض العروض أو التخفيضات الخاصة قد تكون نهائية وغير قابلة للإرجاع، وسيتم توضيح ذلك وقت الشراء.

🛡 الضمان:
جميع منتجاتنا تشمل ضمان لمدة 30 يومًا من تاريخ الاستلام.

الضمان يشمل فقط عيوب التصنيع (مثل القطع، الخياطة المفكوكة، الطباعة التالفة).

في حال وجود مشكلة مغطاة بالضمان، نلتزم بإصلاحها أو استبدال القطعة مجانًا.

🔁 هل أقدر أبدّل المقاس؟
نعم، تقدر تطلب استبدال خلال 14 يوم من الاستلام، بشرط تكون القطعة بحالتها الأصلية ومعاها التيكيت.

🔁 هل ممكن أعمل استبدال أكتر من مرة؟
لا، يُسمح بعملية استبدال واحدة فقط لكل طلب.

❌ هل أقدر أرجّع المنتج بعد ما استخدمته أو غسّلته؟
للأسف لا. لازم القطعة تكون غير مستخدمة، وغير مغسولة، وبدون أي روائح أو تلف.

🧾 هل الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال مجاني؟
في حالة وجود عيب تصنيع: نعم، العملية مجانية تمامًا.

في حالة عدم وجود عيب: بيتم خصم 85 جنيه للاسترجاع، والاستبدال بيتحدد حسب المحافظة.

🚫 لو رفضت الاستلام، المندوب بياخد فلوس؟
لا. المندوب لا يتسلم أي مبالغ مالية عند الرفض، وأي دفعة لازم تكون فقط عن طريقنا.

💸 لو دفعت كاش، هاخد فلوسي كاش؟
لأ، في حالة الاسترجاع، بيتم رد الفلوس من خلال تحويل بنكي أو فودافون كاش فقط.

📷 هل لازم أبعت صور؟
أيوه، في حالة الاستبدال بنطلب صور للقطعة للتأكد إنها بحالة سليمة قبل البدء في الإجراءات.

📦 هل العروض والتخفيضات ممكن تتبدل أو تتسترجع؟
في بعض العروض الخاصة أو القطع المصممة حسب الطلب، بيكون الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال غير متاح. وده بيتم توضيحه وقت الشراء.
