Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order. This policy explains shipping, payment, and delivery procedures across all governorates in Egypt.

Delivery Time: 2 to 5 business days depending on your location.

🗺️ Shipping Zones by Governorate

Zone 1: Cairo – Giza – Port Said (85 EGP)

Zone 2: Alexandria – Ismailia – Suez – Dakahlia – Sharqia – Gharbia – Qalyubia – Monufia – Damietta – Kafr El Sheikh – Beheira (110 EGP)

Zone 3: Beni Suef – Fayoum – Minya – Assiut – Sohag – Qena – Luxor – Aswan – New Valley (130 EGP)

Zone 4: Red Sea – North Sinai – South Sinai – Matrouh (150 EGP)

💳 Payment Policy (Deposit)

🟢 Zone 1 & 2:

  • No deposit is required in normal cases.
  • A deposit may be requested in special cases (e.g. large orders).
  • If the order is refused after shipping (without paying a deposit), a 75 EGP shipping fee will be charged.

🔵 Zone 3 & 4:

  • A shipping deposit is required in all cases.
  • The deposit = shipping cost and will be deducted from the total upon delivery.
  • Orders are not processed until the deposit is confirmed.
  • If the order is refused after shipping, no additional payment is required as the deposit already covers the shipping cost.
  • The deposit is non-refundable.

You can cancel your order free of charge before it is shipped.

👀 Inspection Upon Delivery

  • Inspection is allowed upon delivery to check appearance, color, and fabric only.
  • Trying on or fitting the product is not allowed.
  • The order must be accepted or rejected as a whole.
  • You cannot accept part of the order and reject another part.

If a product has a defect, it will be exchanged at no additional cost.
