The following terms apply to both returns and exchanges within the Arab Republic of Egypt.
This policy aims to clearly outline customer rights and the process of handling returns and exchanges in a structured and transparent way, ensuring a fair and smooth shopping experience for all Marble Clothes customers.
1️⃣ Policy Scope
This return and exchange policy applies to all products sold through Marble Clothes within Egypt. It reflects our commitment to providing a fair and transparent shopping experience for our customers.
Our goal is to maintain customer satisfaction and trust in the quality of our products and services, while ensuring consistency and fairness in all cases.
2️⃣ Allowed Timeframe
Customers are eligible to request a return or exchange within 14 days from the delivery date.
The period is calculated from the day the order is received from the shipping company, not from the order date.
Please keep your order number or invoice to facilitate the process. After 14 days, requests cannot be accepted under any circumstances.
3️⃣ Return & Exchange Conditions
- The item must be in its original condition exactly as received, without use or washing.
- All tags and original packaging must be intact.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging without any damage or additional markings.
- No signs of use, perfume smell, or damage should be present.
- In case of a manufacturing defect or order error such as a wrong item or color, Marble covers all shipping costs.
- For exchanges based on customer preference, such as a different size, color, or product, the customer bears the exchange shipping cost according to their region.
- All returned items are inspected by the Marble Clothes team upon receipt.
- Marble reserves the right to reject the request if the conditions are not met.
4️⃣ Shipping Costs for Returns & Exchanges
Marble Clothes covers all shipping costs only in cases of manufacturing defects or order errors.
Return and exchange fees are calculated separately as shown in the tables below:
In all other cases, the customer is responsible for shipping costs based on their geographical region.

- Request submission: via official WhatsApp or Instagram.
- Follow-up: our team will contact you within 24–48 business hours.
- Exchange: completed directly with the courier within 2–7 business days.
- Return: inspected upon arrival, refund processed within 2–5 business days — the full process may take 2–10 business days.
- Refund methods: mobile wallet or bank transfer.
