Zone 2:
Alexandria – Ismailia – Suez – Dakahlia – Sharqia – Gharbia – Qalyubia – Monufia – Damietta – Kafr El Sheikh – Beheira
Shipping Fee: EGP 110

Zone 3:
Beni Suef – Fayoum – Minya – Assiut – Sohag – Qena – Luxor – Aswan – New Valley
Shipping Fee: EGP 130

Zone 4:
Red Sea – North Sinai – South Sinai – Matrouh
Shipping Fee: EGP 150

πŸ’³ Payment & Shipping Deposit Policy

🟒 Zones 1 & 2:

  • No advance payment is required for regular orders.
  • An advance payment may be requested in special cases, such as large orders.
  • If a customer refuses to accept an order after it has been shipped (without paying a deposit), a shipping fee of EGP 75 will be charged.

πŸ”΅ Zones 3 & 4:

  • A shipping deposit is required in advance for all orders.
  • The deposit equals the shipping fee and will be deducted from the total amount due upon delivery.
  • Orders will only be prepared after payment confirmation.
  • If the customer refuses the order after shipping, no additional fees will be charged, as the deposit already covers the shipping cost.
  • The shipping deposit is non-refundable.

Orders may be canceled without any charges before they are shipped.

  • Customers may inspect their items to verify the design, color, and fabric quality only.
  • Trying on or fitting the items before accepting the order is not permitted.
  • Customers must either accept or reject the entire order.
  • Partial acceptance or rejection of individual items is not allowed.
